Will be done after the outline is approved. Payment will be made after outline approval as a condition for starting work on the detailed itinerary. You can cancel and receive a refund up to 24 hours after payment.
Travel days where you only fly to or from the destination and do not visit any sites at all, or days where you spend the entire day at one site, such as an amusement park, will not be counted in the number of days.

Mammal Watching Consultation
The consultation will be provided in a conversation of up to an hour and a half by phone or Zoom, after receiving initial information in a form or on WhatsApp, and after coordination with our specialist. Payment will be made before the conversation. You can cancel and receive a refund up to 24 hours before the start of the conversation. The price for continued handling will be determined according to requirements.

Building an outline for an itinerary - Part One
Will be carried out after filling out a questionnaire and an introductory meeting to identify the needs and requirements. At the end of the meeting, you will receive a summary email as a basis for building the outline, which you will need to approve. Payment will be made before the meeting. You can cancel and receive a refund up to 24 hours before the meeting. You may decide to not continue to the full and detailed itinerary. Pure flight days will not be counted in the number of days.

Allows for questions or advice during the trip for up to three different topics. Payment will be made before departure as a condition for providing the assistance. You can cancel and receive a refund up until the date of departure.

Allows answering questions or providing advice during the trip for up to three different topics. Payment must be made before leaving as a condition for providing the support. Cancellation and a refund are possible up until the departure date.
