Custom-tailored trip planning
We will create a personalized itinerary for you based on a variety of considerations, such as: your desires, requirements, goals, habits, constraints, the composition of travelers, ages, pace, budget, the time of year, and more.
In order for the trip to truly be tailored to you, we will go through several stages.
Description of the process:

In the first stage, we will hold an introductory meeting during which we will collect all the information necessary to create a travel itinerary tailored specifically for you. As preparation for the meeting, it is recommended to fill out a questionnaire (you can also fill it out with us during the meeting). During the meeting—by phone or Zoom, according to your preference—we will go over the necessary information and receive additional important details from you that we need to know. Within three business days, we will create an outline of an itinerary for you based on all the information you provided us. The outline itinerary will include only a general plan for each day of the trip, without details. After you review the outline, we can make changes as needed until you are satisfied. Once the outline is completed, you can make accommodation bookings according to the itinerary. You may choose to only have the outline created and not proceed to the next step. After we receive your approval for the outline of the plan, we will create the full travel itinerary. The full itinerary will include, for each day of the trip, the schedule, the places and sites you will visit along with general information, directions, opening hours, costs, driving maps as needed, possible stopover points, a description of the place, and estimated time, including additional instructions, special events, and relevant tips. It is also possible to receive support during the trip via WhatsApp or email, in case you want to consult about activities, alternatives for weather that does not allow the planned activity, or anything else as needed. We would also be happy to receive feedback when you return from the trip.
